If you have an emergency maintenance issue with the property that we manage, out of our normal working hours, please call 07506074061. It is advisable you follow the call with a text to the mobile number and selecting the Request A Repair button at the top of this page and completing the PropertyFile log (including uploading pictures of the issue), this will aid in a speedy resolution where possible.
